Fantastic Hotel Experience

clean room prime location helpful staff

The room was very clean. The location is prime, close to many attractions. Jennifer at the front desk was very helpful and informative. I was able to store luggage after check-out!!!

some issues with the room and service

poor service thin walls

The front desk service was disappointing i needed a spoon for my child. I called the reception, and the person said i had to come get it myself he offered a cheap plastic utensil and seemed annoyed when i asked if that was the only option. this interaction. also, the walls are thin i heard a family arguing next door on two nights. it made it hard to sleep properly

spacious room separate sinks useful styler

the room was quite spacious for the location. the bathroom included two separate sinks! i also found the lg styler useful for steaming clothes.

The lobby being on the second floor felt a bit odd. There were no services there.

i found the location super convenient, it was close to everything i wanted to see! the room was really clean and modern. having a steamer closet was amazing, so useful for freshening up my clothes.

The walls seemed quite thin. I could hear noises from other rooms, a bit disruptive! there was no coffee selection in the room, only green tea. the hotel has no bar. This was something i missed.

The location made travel simple. The subway was very close. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I also liked bidet was installed on the toilets.

I noticed the walls were a little thin. I could hear the people next door.
